Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead and guide a team of 5 with a rapid-growing number of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives
  • Set up the sales strategy plan alongside Marketing, Partner Alliances, and the CEO
  • Make use or the data and metrics to consistently enhance the sales processes to develop self-manage and highly effective mechanisms
  • Lead, mentor, and entrust your sales team on the overall business strategy (i.e. sales trainings)
  • Define and carry on revenue KPIs, reports, and forecasts

What you bring to the table:

  • You have a hands-on, engaged and involved attitude, you like to work at all corporate levels
  • Positivity, fun, commitment, honesty and companionship are key values for you
  • You are a great leader or have the potential for it, with fantastic organisational and analytical skills
  • Very good communication skills with varying hierarchical levels, in that you can motivate your team as well as influence key decisions.
  • Previous experience working in sales with a solid sales track-record in DACH and/or in other international territories
  • You are interested and have a good product understanding of modern software leaders in RPA and beyond
  • Fluent in English.
