The Department of Islamic-Theological Studies is looking for an organizational assistant in the Discipline of Alevi Theological Studies. We are a young team and offer a pleasant working atmosphere, diverse tasks and good opportunities for further training.

Your future workplace will be at the Department of Islamic-Theological Studies in the Discipline of Alevi Theological Studies. In addition to supporting Prof. Dr. Riza Yildirim in personnel, budget and project matters, you will also be expected to support the Institute's administrative team. The position comprises 20 hours and is initially limited to 1 year (with the option of extension).

What you will do:

- You will support the Alevi Theological Studies team in the organization and administration of their research and teaching tasks. This means, among other things: You will organize meetings, workshops and travel activities. You will take minutes and prepare data. You will provide support in the preparation of publications and events. You will manage project budgets. You will edit the website and send out newsletters.
- You are the central contact person and take care of correspondence in English and German with all interfaces (internal team, university, project partners, students, etc.).
- You look after visiting researchers and cooperation partners.
- You will maintain u:cris, manage keys, place orders and support the administration team in the areas of IT and finance.
