Technical Support Engineer Full-time | Remote 100%



Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze problems with our software in the customer environment
  • Identify bugs and provide possible solutions
  • Optimize and bring in new feature ideas for the core product
  • Guide the clients and provide various solutions related to SW

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed relevant technical studies (HTL, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering etc.)
  • Have good knowledge of the automation of IT processes as well as enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Previous experience in technical support or related fields
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with a good sense of autonomous work
  • High level of both English and German proficiencz is required
