- Peer- Beratung im Einzel- und Gruppensetting
- Unterstützung von Gruppenangeboten und Workshops durch das Einbringen der Peer-Perspektive
- Begleitung zu Freizeitangeboten
- Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Vorbereitung, Vermittlung und Begleitung von Sinn erfüllenden Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung und Förderung der Klient*innen bei lebenspraktischen Alltagsaktivitäten
- Setzen von Angeboten zur Stärkung der Selbst- und Mitbestimmungskompetenzen der Klient*innen
- Durchführungen von pflegerischen Laientätigkeiten entsprechend der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Klient*innen im Rahmen der Einzelbetreuung nach einer Einschulung und Begleitung durch eine DGKP*
- Arbeitszeiten verteilt auf 4-5 Tage/Woche, vorrangig ab Mittags/Nachmittags

Your Tasks
- Completed PhD studies in physics
- Previous research experience and a scientific track record reflecting your level of seniority
- Experience in supervising students and writing project proposals

- PhD in Demography, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant fields
- Excellent statistical software skills, such as Stata or R
- Good command of causal inference methods, including policy evaluation and quasi-experimental designs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Capability to work independently and to collaborate with a broader research team
- Ability to conduct independent research suitable for publication in international peer-reviewed journals
- Experience in interdisciplinary work is a plus
