Ihre Aufgaben
- Outboundlogistik & Materialfluss: Erarbeiten von Konzepten zur optimalen Belieferung von Baustellen/Kund:innen (z.B. Bündelungs- und Verpackungsvorschriften etc.) gemeinsam mit Logistikdienstleister:innen und Fertigung.
- Prozessoptimierung: Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Umsetzung effizienter Konzepte zur Verbesserung der Outboundprozesse.
- Zoll- und Exportabwicklung: Sicherstellung korrekter Import-/Exportprozesse und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften. Ansprechpartner:in für div. Zollangelegenheiten. Umsetzen von Maßnahmen durch die gesamte Organisation.
- Dokumentationsmanagement: Sicherstellen einer durchgängigen Dokumentation von Aufträgen und der notwendigen systemtechnischen Anforderungen
- Kostenkontrolle & Reporting: Überwachung der Frachtkosten, Erstellung von Auswertungen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
- Schnittstellenmanagement & KVP: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch KVP-Maßnahmen.
- Projektmanagement: Übernahme von Projekten wie z.B. Containerstauung vor Ort

- Experience in the fields of plant ecology and biodiversity science
- Experience in field botany and knowledge of plant identification
