- die Brücke zwischen Fachbereich und IT-Entwicklung zu sein; du sorgst dafür, dass fachliche Anforderungen technisch realisierbar sind und alle Beteiligten am gleichen Strang ziehen
- fachliche Anforderungen zu übersetzen; du machst aus komplexen Themen klare, nachvollziehbare technische Lösungen
- Ideen in konkrete Projekte zu verwandeln; du erstellst und pflegst User Stories und machst aus Konzepten umsetzbare Arbeitspakete
- unsere SAP-Systeme zu gestalten; durch Customizing, Modifikationen und Parametrisierungen legst du fest, welche Benutzergruppen welche Rollen, Berechtigungen und Ansichten haben
- Verantwortung im SAP-Support zu übernehmen; im 3rd-Level-Support sicherst du den stabilen Betrieb und trägst zur Zufriedenheit der Anwender:innen bei
- bestehende Systeme zu analysieren und weiterzuentwickeln; du machst Prozesse effizienter, fehlerfreier und praxisnäher

About this position:
- We expect you to finalize your dissertation agreement within 12-18 months.
- You work on your dissertation and its completion.
- You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
- You take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration.

Your workplace:
- You will teach courses independently for an average of 8 SWS per semester. We would welcome the possibility to increase the level of employment if required and if budgetary resources allow this.
- You will teach in the areas of Qualitative Methods and Policy Studies, and additionally in the interdisciplinary foundations and academic skills.
- You will also teach seminars supporting students with their Bachelor’s thesis as well as various (including research-led) seminars within the Master’s programme (e.g. seminars supporting students to develop a thesis proposal).
- You will take on administrative tasks, particularly in the administration of teaching.
- We expect you to keep abreast of the latest scientific developments and to participate in further didactic training, the exchange of experience between teachers and quality assurance measures.

Your workplace:
- You will teach courses independently for an average of 8 SWS per semester. The willingness to increase the employment relationship if required is desired.
- You deliver core lectures in the area of the interdisciplinary foundations of political science and political science research skills.
- You also teach in the field of International Politics, with a focus on theories of International Relations and International Political Economy.
- You will also teach seminars supporting students with their Bachelor’s thesis as well as various (including research-led) seminars within the Master’s programme (e.g. seminars supporting students to develop a thesis proposal).
- You will take on administrative tasks, particularly in the administration of teaching.
- We expect you to keep abreast of the latest scientific developments and to participate in further didactic training, the exchange of experience between teachers and quality assurance measures.

- You contribute to the group’s development through outreach, networking, editorial work, and co-organization of events such as conferences and workshops
- You contribute to and lead international publications and presentations
- You acquire third-party funding on Austrian and European level
- Independent teaching (as defined by the collective agreement), mentoring, and supervision of students
- Maintaining and deepening the group's strong ties to industry, government agencies, and international partners
