Ihre Aufgaben
- In der Rolle als Application Manager sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betrieb bzw. die Weiterentwicklung diverser SuccessFactors Module.
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Operations, Entwicklung, Architektur, Qualitätssicherung, Projektmanagement und Solutionmanagement ab.
- Incident Management & Problem Management gehören zum Daily Business.
- Mitwirkung bei Anforderungsworkshops zur Spezifizierung neuer Requirements.
- Wesentliche Mitarbeit bei der Ausrollung von bestehenden SuccessFactors Modulen.
- Essentielle Mitarbeit bei der Erstimplementierung von neuen SuccessFactors Modulen.
- Sie pflegen einen regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Kund:innen.
- Sie bilden sich aktiv weiter über Learning Journeys im SAP Learning Hub.

- Zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kernapplikationen (SPOC)
- Anforderungsanalyse mit den Fachabteilungen und Prüfung auf dessen Machbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Laufende Applikationsbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung sowie Einbringung von Optimierungsvorschlägen
- Koordination der softwaretechnischen Umsetzung sowie Planung und Steuerung der Lieferanten
- Qualitätssicherung, Testing und Dokumentation sowie Change- und Release-Management
- Unterstützung der User beim laufenden Betrieb sowie Durchführung von Schulungen

YOUR TASKS

- You will manage end‑to‑end customer interactions in selected global markets, serving as the primary contact
- You will think “out of the box” on how to generate value and drive sales, both directly, or through our global & regional partners
- You will be achieving sales budget / quota and strategic account targets and develop accurate forecasts in fast‑moving market environments
- You will build, maintain, and evaluate partner relationships with distributors and agents, ensuring effective execution of pertinent agreements
- You will create and update relevant market overviews, staying informed on legal, regulatory, and marketing developments
- You will oversee the full sales process, from gathering customer requirements and product configuration to collaboration with sales engineering and technical teams
- You will work within the Direct Sales team on projects such as offers, process improvements or marketing activities providing your first hand customer knowledge and market experience

Your responsibilities
- You establish, operate and continuously develop the information security management system (ISMS) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) in line with ISO/IEC 27001.
- You act as the central point of contact and coordination for all organisation-wide matters relating to information security management.
- You prepare decision papers and recommendations on appropriate information security measures for the Presidential Board and the Directorate for Institutes and Infrastructure (DII).
- You maintain the ISMS documentation framework and steer the drafting, consultation, approval and periodic review of strategies, policies, standards and procedures.
- You coordinate information security risk management, support the identification and assessment of risks, and monitor the implementation of approved risk treatment measures.
- Together with the relevant technical units, you define requirements for logging, security monitoring and incident management, and verify that these are implemented appropriately and remain effective.
- You plan and coordinate internal and external information security audits, security reviews and penetration tests, and follow up on the resulting actions.
- You produce regular reports on the risk landscape, security incidents, control effectiveness, the status of measures and the maturity of the ISMS for the Presidential Board and the DII, and you prepare the ISMS management review.
- You design and coordinate target-group-specific training and awareness programmes and help advance the ÖAW's information security culture.
- You monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the security measures in place and track deviations and improvement measures in a documented and auditable way.
- You work closely with the Legal and Compliance Department as well as with other internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements and sector-specific standards.
