In order to strengthen the group at the headquarters in Vienna 23, we are, effective immediately, looking for a:



  • Drive group-wide impulses/agile projects from idea to execution to launch and scale
  • Work with Product Owner and squad team to plan and execute project implementations
  • Monitor project planning, costs/budget forecasts, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
  • Provide best practices and guidance to agile squads regarding how to leverage Agile/Scrum practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value
  • Support in applying the agile principles and in particular the importance of refining and maintaining the product backlog
  • Continually enhance own domain knowledge of systems, products, and industry
  • Build a trusting environment where issues are raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on correcting and problem solving

  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in managing agile projects (HR & CSR background preferable but not mandatory)
  • Demonstrable experience & qualification in agile project management methodologies & techniques (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile)
  • Agile certification (i.e. Scrum Master) preferred
  • Strong experience in the management of diverging interests of various stakeholders, ability to set priorities in a pragmatic and efficient way combined with profound cost consciousness
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills and Intercultural competency
  • English is a must-have, German a nice-to-have
