Your Tasks
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC):After your training period, you will take turns with your colleagues to act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for all incoming support requests to ensure efficient coordination and quick problem resolution.
- 1st and 2nd level support:Supporting our employees with IT issues by phone, email, remote desktop, and on-site if necessary.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting:Independently processing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Documentation:Maintaining support tickets and creating solution documentation.
- Installation and configuration:Assisting with the setup and support of IT systems. Carrying out relocations of IT equipment.
- Forwardingcomplex inquiries to 3rd-level support or external partners.
- Commissioning and maintenanceof various client systems (including PCs, notebooks, telephones, and smartphones).
- Creating and updatingoperating system and user manuals.
- Actively initiating improvement measuresin the organizational areas and supporting their implementation.

- Weiterentwicklung & Projekte: Sie begleiten Change-Prozesse, übernehmen bei Bedarf Service-Owner-Aufgaben und arbeiten aktiv in IT-Projekten mit.

The Position:
- To coordinate and optimize ERP, fundraising, accounting and related systems as super-user, including data integration across donor, payment and expert systems
- To oversee end-to-end donor and sponsor processes (onboarding, mid- and back-office) and to manage the digital payment architecture for donations
- To serve as key operational contact for sponsors and donors, ensuring accurate records, high service standards and long-term relationship support
- To administer and further develop the University of Vienna’s foundations in cooperation with legal advisors, auditors, accountants, banks and supervisory authorities
- To support grantmaking applications and processes from an operational perspective, including follow-up on related requirements
- To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal governance standards and data protection requirements (GDPR/DSGVO)
- To contribute to special projects, meet agreed deadlines and targets, and provide operational support within the team as required

Your workplace:
- You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. That means an average of 12 semester hours per week.
- You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching.
- We expect from you the ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as the didactic further training during the lecture-free time.

Tasks:
- Active support of the Dean in all strategic planning work related to the establishment of the E167 institute
- Central coordination and interface function in the planning and construction phase between the Faculty, construction institutions, consultants, and the Buildings and Technology Department (GUT) at TU Wien, as well as active user representation with accompanying management of the planning and construction process.
- Management, further development, and monitoring of the start-up phase of the institute's establishment during the virtual or decentralized phase as an organizational unit with independent budget responsibility
- Active participation in the identification of funding instruments for the start-up financing of research activities at institute E167 as well as project management, i.e., support of the department management in economic and administrative matters, steering intervention in the event of expected significant deviations from the project plan.
- Establishment of site management for regular operations from the time the Hainburg campus is becoming operational on-site, with regard to administration and monitoring, with independent budgetary authority
- Personnel planning and recruitment
- Planning, administration, and monitoring of the budget, including project controlling and reporting (personnel and material costs budget)
- Communication interface with regard to the participating research partners, within the TU, within the campus, and at the international level; communication interface with regard to research and teaching coordination
- Independent and autonomous organizational activities (organization of events to establish the research portfolio and Hainburg as a research site).
- Collaboration on strategic reporting within TU and in the context of reporting obligations of the faculty and TU Wien as a whole.
- Collaboration in the local TU Wien EULiST coordination team to ensure the strategic and operational integration of EU Alliance activities on the Hainburg campus.
