To strengthen the CEE team based in Vienna we are looking for a qualified and experienced person.

Technical Customer Service Engineer CEE (m/f/d)



Your tasks

  • Driving top projects including new product initiatives and engagement in Sales and Marketing programs
  • Trainings of customers such as distributors, original equipment services, glass fitters, vehicle repair & maintenance services etc.
  • Trainings of local internal team i.e. technical sales engineers as well as holding country-wide technology webinars
  • Responsibility for customer applications, providing technical information and recommending products and methods of use in order to develop sales
  • Ensure to be up to date with the newest trends in application technology and new products developed by the R&D department
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows and meetings regarding avenues of research and new advances

Your profile

  • Engineering graduate (mechanical, industrial, chemical or similar)
  • 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket services within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge in vehicle repair & maintenance, aftermarket repair methods and technologies is a plus
  • Preferably hands-on experience in a technical service or manufacturing role in the automotive market
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken), German is nice to have
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office
  • High willingness to travel within Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia
  • Driving license
