Deine Aufgaben
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen ärztlicher Leitung, Betrieblichem Gesundheitsmanagement sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zu einem synergetischen Gesamtkonzept
- Systematische Planung und übergreifende Führung von Arbeitsmedizin und Arbeitnehmer*innenschutz
- Strategische Ausrichtung und operative Steuerung der Themenschwerpunkte des Gesundheitsmanagements (Arbeitspsychologie, Gewaltschutz, Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement, Klimaresilienz etc)
- Verankerung der Gesundheitsperspektive in der Organisation, um "Health in all policies" aktiv einzubringen und zu leben.
- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von wegweisenden BGM-Projekten
- Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften und Etablierung von Gesundheit als moderne Management-Kompetenz
- Mitwirken an interdisziplinären Forschungsprojekten und und Transfer von neuen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen direkt in die Praxis.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:
- State-recognised degree or diploma in healthcare and nursing or equivalent vocational training including professional authorisation for health and nursing care
- With a Bachelor degree in Healthcare and Nursing: willingness to complete a German B2 course with certificate during your employment
- With a nursing school degree:
- a recognized German B1 certificate is absolutely required (e.g. Goethe Institute, telc, ÖSD). This allows temporary work as a nursing assistant until reaching the B2 level
- your willingness to complete the healthcare and nursing bachelor degree – a prerequisite for the higher service. Admission to the Bachelor program requires English at B2 level / high-school diploma

Your personal sphere of play:
- You will lead the “Exposome Austria Non-targeted Lab”.
- You will further develop the analytical services of the Exposome Austria Research Infrastructure.
- You will execute administrative tasks in lab and infrastructure management, research, and teaching.
- You will build an independent research profile in exposome research and in the field of metabolomics.
- You will contribute to research projects and scientific studies.
- You will publish internationally and give presentations.
- You will apply for projects and acquire third-party funding.
- You will prepare and complete a habilitation suitable for publication.
- You will independently teach courses in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement.
- You will supervise students throughout their academic progress.
- You will participate in evaluation measures and quality assurance.

Your work setting:
- You work on your dissertation and its completion within four years
- You work on the dissemination of your research (e.g. through conference participation and publications)
- You become an active member of the new research platform “Multilateralism Revisited”
- You teach courses within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement for Austrian universities (up to two teaching hours per week)
- You participate in, (co-)organize, and contribute to joint activities of the research platform such as workshops, public seminars and lectures, grant-writing, and publications
- You participate in the events of the respective department where you are based
