- Strategische Entwicklung: Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit relevanten Akteurinnen und Akteuren ein digitales Zukunftsbild für das Themenfeld Lebenswelten, Daten und Evidenz und leiten daraus konkrete Digitalisierungsprojekte und -maßnahmen ab.
- Projektplanung: Sie strukturieren und planen Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung – inklusive Zieldefinition, Ressourcenplanung, Zeitmanagement und Risikobewertung.
- Projektleitung und Koordination: Sie steuern interdisziplinäre Projektteams, begleiten die operative Umsetzung und sorgen für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Beteiligten.
- Technische Umsetzung: Sie überwachen die technische Realisierung der Projekte, begleiten Entwicklungsprozesse und stellen sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen in digitale Lösungen übersetzt werden.
- Controlling, Monitoring und Reporting: Sie verantworten die fortlaufende Überwachung der Projektfortschritte, bereiten Berichte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und stellen Transparenz gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Auftragnehmerinnen und Auftragnehmern sowie Umsetzungspartnern, um Synergien zu nutzen und reibungslose Prozesse zu gewährleisten.
- Roll-Out und Nachhaltigkeit: Sie planen und steuern den Roll-Out digitaler Lösungen, sichern deren nachhaltige Implementierung und evaluieren die Wirkung der umgesetzten Maßnahmen.

- You will play a key role in the establishment, coordination, and organization of the Research Consortium Health in Society.
- You will support and coordinate administrative tasks within the Research Consortium Health in Society.
- You will (co-)organize a lecture series, workshops, and other activities of the Research Consortium Health in Society.
- You will support the networking of the Research Consortium Health in Society with relevant institutions in the fields of health and medicine, as well as facilitate the exchange of knowledge with the public sector and broader society.

Your personal sphere of play:
The Faculty of Psychology at the University of Vienna comprises the Dean's Office, a Student Service Center (SSC), four departments, and the Outpatient Unit for Research, Teaching and Practice.

Your workplace:
- You hold courses independently in the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. That means an average of 7 semester hours per week for part-time employment, which are to be taught predominantly in German.
- You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching.
- We expect from you the ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as the didactic further training.

Your Tasks
- PhD in Demography, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant fields
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with a broader research team
- Solid knowledge of demographic methods and population projections
- Excellent statistical software skills, such as Stata or R
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Publication and research track record showing the ability to conduct original research on demographic processes and to raise third-party funding

Ihre Aufgaben sind:
- State-recognised degree or diploma in healthcare and nursing or equivalent vocational training including professional authorisation for health and nursing care
- With a Bachelor degree in Healthcare and Nursing: willingness to complete a German B2 course with certificate during your employment
- With a nursing school degree:
- a recognized German B1 certificate is absolutely required (e.g. Goethe Institute, telc, ÖSD). This allows temporary work as a nursing assistant until reaching the B2 level
- your willingness to complete the healthcare and nursing bachelor degree – a prerequisite for the higher service. Admission to the Bachelor program requires English at B2 level / high-school diploma

The research group “Quantum Information Science and Quantum Computation”, led by Univ.- Prof. Dr. Philip Walther, is part of the Quantum Optics, Quantum Nanophysics & Quantum Information at the Faculty of Physics, and member of the Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology (VCQ) – one of the largest quantum hubs in Europe – and the Austrian Cluster of Excellence quanta. The group’s research combines the development of scalable photonic quantum technology for quantum computing and other quantum information applications with the investigation of fundamental quantum science questions. The main activities reach from quantum control of single photons using solid-state photon sources, integrated waveguide technology, tailored nonlinear media and detectors based on superconductor technology to interferometric precision measurements of weak gravitational forces. For our further reinforcement we are looking for a Senior Scientist that supports in particular the research on experimental quantum machine learning. The position is currently limited to 1 year with the possibility of subsequent unlimited employment.

Your professional field of activity:
- Collaboration and research in the field of partial differential equations with emphasis on geophysical aspects (oceanography, atmospheric flow):
o Development of own solutions as part of the research group of Prof. Constantin. o Conclusion of a dissertation agreement within 12 - 18 month is expected. o Membership in the Vienna School of Mathematics and active participation in its activities will be required. - Interdisciplinary colalboration:
o You participate in international scientific collaborations, as well as international conerences and workshops. - Collaboration in teaching and administration:
o You participate in the administration of the institute, teaching and research. o You hold courses and examinations in accordance with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement and you (co-)supervise students.

Collaboration and research in the field of Mathematics and Biosciences: o Conduct your own, independent research, with an opportunity to apply for independent third-party funding. o Collaborate in the research projects of the "Mathematics and Biosciences" group led by Prof. Hermisson. o Become an active member of the Biomathematics group of the Mathematics Faculty: https://biomathematik.ac.at. - Interdisciplinary collaboration:

What we are looking for:
- You finalise your dissertation according to your doctoral thesis agreement. We expect you to complete and submit your thesis at the end of the grant.
- You continue to participate in research, teaching, administration, (co-)supervision of students, examination activities, evaluation activities and in quality assurance as appropriate in the context of the successful completion of your thesis.
