- Regelmäßige Überwachung der Gesundheit der ca. 30 Wellensittiche
- Regelmäßige Verpflegung der Vögel und Reinigung der Käfige und des Labors
- Transport und Betreuung der Vögel bei tierärztlichen Untersuchungen, eventuelle Medikamentengabe
- Da die Vögel eine permanente Betreuung benötigen, müssen auch Stunden am Wochenende und am Feiertag geleistet werden (evtl. alternierend mit der zweiten Tierpflegerin).

- To work on a monograph, or a series of academic articles, on the reception, translation, and manuscript transmission of Desert Fathers literature (Apophthegmata Patrum) in medieval (Copto-Arabic) Egypt
- To contribute to the project database of Armenian, Syriac, and Arabic manuscripts containing ascetic/monastic collections, with a focus on Copto-Arabic manuscripts
- To actively participate in RevIdEM’s research activities: conferences, workshops, research communication, manuscript research trips
- Collaboration and exchange with other colleagues in the Department of Byzantine Research and the Institute for Medieval Research.

Your Tasks
- PhD in Demography, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent programming skills in R or similar package
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with a broader research team
- Solid knowledge of demographic methods, especially in the field of health and longevity
- Experience with demographic data
- Publication and research track record showing the ability to analyse demographic processes

- Research at the intersection of historical musicology (with a focus on Austria and its neighbouring states) and the Digital Humanities
- Completed doctorate in the area of historical musicology
- Post-doc experience in a renowned research institution
- A habilitation in a relevant subject or an internationally comparable qualification is desirable.
- Academic leadership experience (project teams, working groups, etc.)
- Experience in conceptualizing, acquiring funding for, and leading larger research projects as well as willingness and ability to lead interdisciplinary research groups.
- Outstanding accomplishments in research, excellent publication activity, international reputation

- Good command of causal inference methods, including policy evaluation and quasi-experimental designs

- Experience in interdisciplinary work is a plus
