Deine Aufgaben
- Du berätst Kunden bei der technischen Architektur neuer oder bestehender Business Applikationen, auch in Hinblick auf Performanceoptimierungen und Security Themen
- Du trägst die technische Leitung und Verantwortung für Softwareentwicklungsprojekte aller Grössenordnungen und bist direkter Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte technologische Spezialbereiche (z.B. GraphDatenbanken)
- Unter Verwendung eines abwechslungsreichen Technologie-Stacks (z.B. Java, C# .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka) entwickelst du integrierte kundenspezifische Lösungen
- Du begleitest Projekte und Kunden ab der Pre-Sales-Phase durch Präsentation von Konzepten und Lösungen bis hin zur Umsetzung und eigenständiger Beratung

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung der entwickelten Anwendungen in der Cloud über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus (inklusive Pflege und Wartung) sowie für Effizienzoptimierungen
- Die Abstimmung von CD-, Cloud-, Automatisierungs- und Sicherheitskonzepten mit Stakeholdern gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du entwirfst und entwickelst Pipelines für die kontinuierliche Bereitstellung und implementierst Automatisierungslösungen

- Du konzipierst und implementierst dynamisch skalierbare, hochverfügbare und sichere Cloud- sowie Cloud-native Lösungen

As a university assistant (praedoc) on this 4-year position you will be part of the “Quantum Information and Quantum Many-Body Physics” group, led by Prof. Norbert Schuch. Our research lies at the interface of Quantum Information and Computation with the study of Complex Quantum Many-Body Systems. For this, we apply a combination of methods from both Physics and Mathematics, complemented by concepts from Theoretical Computer Science. Our research group is located jointly at the Faculty of Physics – as part of the Quantum Optics, Quantum Nanophysics, and Quantum Information Group – and at the Faculty of Mathematics. Furthermore, we are a member of the Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology (VCQ), one of the largest quantum hubs in Europe, and of the Austrian Cluster of Excellence quantA, which aims at advancing basic research in quantum sciences, expanding the frontiers of knowledge, and thus driving future innovations.
