About the team:
- You are involved in a curiosity-driven research project in the field of machine learning in computational materials science.
- You will present your research plan to the faculty and complete a dissertation agreement within 12-18 months. This will be reviewed and adapted on an annual basis.
- You will work on your dissertation and towards its completion in time. We expect a large degree of independence paired with a high level of social awareness as the goal will only be achieved in a team.

Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung: Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Leitung des Bereichs Finanzen und Service (Organisations- & Projektcontrolling, Rechnungswesen, Personal, Institutional Partnership & Project Support sowie IT-Projektmanagement) für die Bundesorganisation sowie verbundene Einheiten.
- Geschäftsleitungsaufgaben: Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung sowie Entscheidungsfindung als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Caritas Österreich.
- Netzwerkmanagement: Leitung des Managementteams „Finanzen, Personal, Supportprozesse und Digitalisierung“, Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Fragen von Budget und Finanzrahmen, Identifikation und Management diözesanübergreifender strategischer und operativer Themen (Finanzen, Personal, Supportprozesse, IT, Digitalisierung) sowie Gewährleistung fundierter Entscheidungsprozesse.
- Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung: Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Caritas-Rahmenstrategie in den Bereichen Finanzen, Personal und Supportprozesse innerhalb des Caritas-Netzwerks, auch als Impulsgeber*in für strategische Projekte im föderalen Netzwerk.

Your workplace:
