Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Diversity Management mit Fokus auf Inklusion und Barrierefreiheit
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Diversität in verschiedenen Dimensionen (z. B. Behinderung, (soziale) Herkunft, Alter/Generationen)
- Konzeption und Durchführung von inklusiven Maßnahmen und Awareness-Aktivitäten
- Eigenständige Organisation, Durchführung und Moderation von Veranstaltungen, Workshops sowie Projektformaten
- Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von relevanten Daten, Kennzahlen und Evaluierungsergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
- Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung von Führungskräften, Lehrenden und Mitarbeiter_innen in inklusions- und diversitätsbezogenen Fragestellungen
- Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholder_innen sowie relevanten Fachstellen und Netzwerken
- Erstellung von Kommunikationsinhalten zu Diversity- und Inklusionsthemen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung inklusiver Strukturen und Prozesse innerhalb der Organisation
- Moderation von Arbeits- und Projektgruppen sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen in unterschiedlichen Gremien
- Eigenständige Konzeption und Durchführung von Vorträgen zu Diversity- und Inklusionsthemen (z. B. Infoveranstaltungen)

- Regelmäßige Überwachung der Gesundheit der ca. 30 Wellensittiche
- Regelmäßige Verpflegung der Vögel und Reinigung der Käfige und des Labors
- Transport und Betreuung der Vögel bei tierärztlichen Untersuchungen, eventuelle Medikamentengabe
- Da die Vögel eine permanente Betreuung benötigen, müssen auch Stunden am Wochenende und am Feiertag geleistet werden (evtl. alternierend mit der zweiten Tierpflegerin).

YOUR TASKS

- You will manage end‑to‑end customer interactions in selected global markets, serving as the primary contact
- You will think “out of the box” on how to generate value and drive sales, both directly, or through our global & regional partners
- You will be achieving sales budget / quota and strategic account targets and develop accurate forecasts in fast‑moving market environments
- You will build, maintain, and evaluate partner relationships with distributors and agents, ensuring effective execution of pertinent agreements
- You will create and update relevant market overviews, staying informed on legal, regulatory, and marketing developments
- You will oversee the full sales process, from gathering customer requirements and product configuration to collaboration with sales engineering and technical teams

- State-recognized bachelor degree in Health and Nursing Care (EU/EEA or third countries)
or - diploma in healthcare and nursing or equivalent vocational training (only EU/EEA)
or - a third-country diploma in healthcare and nursing, that is already recognized in an EU member state or EEA, along with proof of at least three years of relevant professional experience there
- Certified German language proficiency at B1 level is absolutely required (e.g., Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD). This allows for temporary employment as a nursing (specialist) assistant until the B2 level is achieved

Your Tasks
- Finalize your dissertation agreement within the first 12 months.
- Complete and submit your doctoral thesis within 4 years in either cumulative (collection of articles) or monographic form.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research within the project’s “Media Expressions and Rituals of Ideology” work package.
- Contribute to the project’s theoretical development, collective research output, and activities.
- Produce research publications for leading international and/or peer reviewed journals and book chapters for IDEO-YEMEN.
- Present research at international conferences and workshops.
- Produce research dissemination materials for the project’s website and social media.
- Actively participate in ISA’s academic environment, including team meetings and workshops.
