- Sie haben Ihr Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und Ihr Doktorat mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen;
- Sie haben besonderes Interesse an Fragen der Demokratie und Menschenrechte, bestenfalls bereits belegt durch Ihre bisherigen (Forschungs-)Tätigkeiten;
- Sie haben eine hohe intrinsische Motivation, einen Beitrag zu den aktuellen Herausforderungen im Bereich von Demokratie und Menschenrechte zu leisten;
- Sie verfügen über einen sehr guten dogmatischen Zugang zu rechtswissenschaftlichen Fragen und unterscheiden strikt zwischen der wissenschaftlichen Analyse einerseits und der politischen Bewertung andererseits;
- Sie haben Interesse an einer Karriere im Bereich der Forschungsadministration und würden sich gerne in Aufbau und Organisation einer interdisziplinären Forschungsinitiative einbringen;

- You have a particular interest in issues of democracy and human rights, ideally already demonstrated by your previous (research) activities;
- You are highly intrinsically motivated to contribute to current challenges in the field of democracy and human rights;
- You have a very good dogmatic and doctrinal approach to legal questions and you strictly distinguish between scientific analysis on the one hand and political evaluation on the other;
- You are interested in a career in research administration and would like to contribute to the development and organisation of an interdisciplinary research initiative;
- You already have experience in planning, organising and moderating events (e.g. workshops, panel discussions, conferences);
- You present your research results at international conferences;
- You publish your research results in international journals;
- You teach independently in accordance with the provisions of the university's collective agreement;
- You are cooperative, team-oriented, reliable and responsible;
- You have very good written and oral communication skills in German and English.

Your personal sphere of play:
- You will be involved in unique ground-based and airborne research projects in collaboration with top scientific institutions such as NASA and NOAA as well as large-scale aircraft measurement campaigns (e. g. SABRE, INSPYRE, and others).
- You will be in the field for large-scale aircraft measurement campaigns including SABRE, INSPYRE, and others (typically several weeks per year).
- Your research will focus on airborne in-situ observations of coarse mode aerosols and clouds.
- You will contribute to the organization and implementation of ground-based and airborne field campaigns.
- You will develop novel methods e.g. for the calibration of in-situ aerosol cloud probes including a droplet generator, and analyze data from airborne and ground-based field experiments.
- You will independently teach courses as defined by the collective agreement, and contribute to the (co-) supervision of students.
- You will contribute to the success and self-organization of the group for research, help with some administrative tasks and participate in evaluation measures and quality assurance.
- You will contribute to outreach by international publications, conference presentations and public activities.
