Über die Rolle:
-
Leitung und Mitarbeit an Projekten, Initiativen und Neueinführungen von Produkten/Prozessen und Anlagen -
Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Prozessdokumenten (SOPs, MBRs, Formulare, Rezepturen etc.) gemäß GxP- und EHS-Vorgaben -
Prüfung sowie Bearbeitung von Change-Control und CAPA's in enger Abstimmung mit internen Partnern -
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung: Optimierung von Prozessen, Tätigkeiten und Anlagen zur Senkung von Durchlaufzeiten, Kosten und Komplexität unter Anwendung von Lean-Management- und Six-Sigma-Methoden -
Fachliche Bewertung und Genehmigung von Validierungsplänen und -berichten für Prozesse und Anlagen -
"Inspection Readiness": Aktive Teilnahme sowie Begleitung von Audits, Inspektionen und Besucherführungen (lokal/global) -
Sicherstellung von GMP-/Qualitäts- und EHS-Vorgaben

Your personal scope:
- You will develop an independent research profile in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure law.
- You will participate in research projects and scientific studies in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure law.
- You will publish nationally and internationally and give scientific lectures.
- You will participate in scientific projects and in the acquisition of third-party funding
- You will prepare and complete a publication-ready habilitation thesis.
- You will independently teach courses in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement.
- You will supervise students and participate in the examination process for the module examination in criminal law and criminal procedure law and the criminal law section of the StEOP.
- You will participate in evaluation measures and quality assurance.
- You will take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration at the institute and the faculty.
