- The position primarily focuses on research into THz RTD oscillators and detectors
- Research in the field of THz Electronics
- Writing and publishing scientific papers in top conferences and journals
- Being involved in teaching, supervision of students, correction of exams, lab courses, etc.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit an Forschungs- und Lehraufgaben im Bereich elektrische Antriebssysteme und Leistungselektronik sowie Prüfungen in diesen Fachgebieten
- Betreuung von Studierenden im Bereich der elektrischen Antriebssysteme und Leistungselektronik
- Forschungs- und Projekttätigkeit in den Bereichen Stromrichter- und Spannungsquellenumrichter für Antriebssysteme sowie Modellierung von Wide-Bandgap-(WBG)-Leistungshalbleiterbauelementen
- Führung von Projektgruppen im Bereich drahtloser Energieübertragung für rotierende und bewegte Zielsysteme
- Vertiefen der wissenschaftlichen Kenntnisse und Erweiterung der Forschungsaktivitäten im Bereich fortgeschrittener Modulationsverfahren für leistungselektronische Umrichter
- Verfassen von Publikationen
- Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
- Mitarbeit bei Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie Evaluierungsmaßnahmen
