YOUR TASKS

- You will manage end‑to‑end customer interactions in selected global markets, serving as the primary contact
- You will think “out of the box” on how to generate value and drive sales, both directly, or through our global & regional partners
- You will be achieving sales budget / quota and strategic account targets and develop accurate forecasts in fast‑moving market environments
- You will build, maintain, and evaluate partner relationships with distributors and agents, ensuring effective execution of pertinent agreements
- You will create and update relevant market overviews, staying informed on legal, regulatory, and marketing developments
- You will oversee the full sales process, from gathering customer requirements and product configuration to collaboration with sales engineering and technical teams
- You will work within the Direct Sales team on projects such as offers, process improvements or marketing activities providing your first hand customer knowledge and market experience

Your Tasks
- Active participation in Node 2 of the Cluster of Excellence on ‘Communication and Mobility’, with cluster 1 ‘Multilinguality and its Social Contexts’
- Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration and dialogue within the COE
- Conducting independent research
- International publications and presentations of project results
- Commitment to the goals of the Cluster and to the integration of its members as well as participation in training and transfer/outreach activities
- Active participation in the scientific and organizational activities of the Institute of Medieval Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences

Your Tasks
- To conduct independent and innovative research on Buddhism in Japan – its doctrines, practices and/or institutions –, with research questions in the history of religion, cultural history, the history of philosophy and/or intellectual history (any of these perspectives is welcome)
- To actively apply for competitive third party-funded projects supporting junior scholars and engage in mentoring activities
- To provide expertise in support of other research projects at the Institute;
- To contribute to the development of the Institute’s publication series
- To engage in comparative and/or transcultural research within the Cluster of Excellence “EurAsian Transformations“
- To participate in the (co-)organization of academic events at the Institute, and in various activities within the Cluster of Excellence “EurAsian Transformations“, including public outreach activities

Tasks:
- Deepen scientific knowledge and independent research work on the specific project
- Presentation of research results at international conferences and other scientific events
- Successful completion of important milestones
- Participation in scientific events and other outreach activities organized by TU Wien and JKU
- Writing a dissertation and publications
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks of the doctoral college, TU Wien and the respective Faculties
- Teaching obligations, student guidance and involvement in student supervision
- Assistance with thesis supervision
- Participation in scientific events
