- Design and coordinate AI training programs aligned with the AI Act and industry needs to upskill professionals and foster trustworthy AI.
- Establish and manage an internship and exchange program connecting academia, industry, and European AI partners.
- Build and maintain networks to promote AI related knowledge transfer and long-term collaboration across sectors.
- Serve as a central contact point for training, internships, and exchange activities within the AI Factory Austria.
- Monitor program impact, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Support researchers and innovators from the AI Factory Austria and partner institutions in exchanging the latest scientific methods and findings in fields such as biotechnology, manufacturing, public administration, and physics to accelerate innovation.
- Assist business partners in effectively utilising new scientific results through targeted technology transfer activities.

- Facheinschlägige Lehrtätigkeit (teilweise in englischer Sprache) in Bachelor- und Master-Studiengängen und akademischen Lehrgängen inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Betreuung wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten, studentischer Praxisprojekte und Laborübungen
- Mitarbeit inF&E Projekten, an der Publikation undDissemination von Forschungsergebnissen gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen und ggf. Übernahme von Projektleitungen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Kompetenzfelds und Transfer von Forschungsergebnissen in die Lehre

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du planst, entwickelst und unterrichtest theoretische und praktische Fächer in der Pflegepädagogik (PA- Lehrgänge bzw. Heimhilfe)
- Du betreust und beurteilst schriftliche Arbeiten
- Du leitest den Theorie-Praxis-Transfer an
- Du gestaltest, planst und führst Prüfungen durch und begleitest Evaluationsprozesse
- Du wirkst bei organisatorischen und konzeptiven Aufgaben mit – insbesondere bei der Weiterentwicklung praxisnaher Lehrangebote

Im Rahmen dieser Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit ein PhD-Projekt im Bereich Bioverfahrenstechnik mit Fokus Kreislaufwirtschaft durchzuführen. Ziel ist die Entwicklung biotechnologischer Verfahren zur Verwertung von Neben- und Abfallströmen aus der Milchwirtschaft. Dabei steht die Umwandlung organischer Reststoffe in wertvolle Produkte (waste-to-value) im Fokus.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with other AI Factories, EuroHPC Competence Centers, and related European/national AI initiatives
- Coordinate collaborative frameworks with testing facilities, Digital Innovation Hubs, and innovation ecosystems
- Organise community engagement activities such as events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing formats
- Collect, update, and analyse benchmarking data to improve the AI Factory’s Austria operations and share best practices across Europe

Your Tasks
- Research and publications on Byzantium and Other Christianities. The research should focus on the translations and cultural adaptations of Byzantine liturgical and/or legal traditions in the areas inhabited by Slavs.
- Active participation in Node 2 of the Cluster of Excellence on ‘Communication and Mobility’, with Cluster 1 ‘Multilinguality and its Social Contexts’
- Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration and dialogue within the COE
- Conducting independent research
- International publications and presentations of project results
- Commitment to the goals of the Cluster and to the integration of its members as well as participation in training and transfer/outreach activities.
- Active participation in the scientific and organizational activities of the Institute for Medieval Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, especially the Department of Byzantine Studies
