Deine Aufgaben
- Du planst, entwickelst und unterrichtest theoretische und praktische Fächer in der Pflegepädagogik (PA- Lehrgänge bzw. Heimhilfe)
- Du betreust und beurteilst schriftliche Arbeiten
- Du leitest den Theorie-Praxis-Transfer an
- Du gestaltest, planst und führst Prüfungen durch und begleitest Evaluationsprozesse
- Du wirkst bei organisatorischen und konzeptiven Aufgaben mit – insbesondere bei der Weiterentwicklung praxisnaher Lehrangebote

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung in der Planung, Organisation und Administration der klinisch-praktischen Lehre
- Laufende Pflege und Bearbeitung des Stundenplans sowie Koordination von Kursen
- Organisatorische Betreuung des Lehrpersonals sowie Ansprechperson für Studierende und Lehrende
- Erstellung, Verwaltung und Aufbereitung studienrelevanter Unterlagen
- Mitwirkung bei der Curriculumsentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Studiengangsleitung
- Planung, Organisation und reibungslose Durchführung von Prüfungen inklusive sorgfältiger Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Weiterentwicklung effizienter Strukturen und Abläufe im Prüfungswesen
- Administration und laufende Pflege der Lernplattform Moodle sowie der Datenbank AcademyFive
- Mitarbeit in allgemeinen administrativen und projektbezogenen Tätigkeiten

Your Tasks
- manage and contribute to the development and delivery of training resources on a range of topics in collaboration with experts from within and beyond the institute,
- define and manage editorial and publication workflows to ensure the efficient creation and long-term availability of the training resources,
- provide editorial support for content, communicate with contributors and reviewers, and proofread content,
- map and actively develop shared activities in the training and education field in coordination with project partners, as well as other relevant institutions or related partner initiatives, especially the European research infrastructures CLARIN and DARIAH,
- assist the planning and delivery of training events, including support the streaming and video production,
- coordinate the institute’s internship programme,participate in dissemination activities at conferences, workshops etc.

Your workplace:
- You will independently hold courses at Bachelor's and Master's level.
- You will make an active contribution to the (further) development of course and examination formats.
- In addition, we expect from you the ongoing reception of the current state of science as well as the didactic further training during the lecture-free time.
- You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching.

Your workplace:
- Specialisation 1: The focus is on knowledge of professional competences and its application in the school context. In particular, the position requires skills in school-related teaching and learning from an educational science or explicitly school pedagogical perspective.
- Specialisation 2: The specialisation is characterised by the active participation in the design of teaching practice (“Pädagogisch-praktische Studien”) in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes. In particular, the position requires pedagogical and practical skills and the associated knowledge of the link between competences acquired at university and concrete teaching and school practice requirements. Experience in the organization of school and teaching internships is an advantage.
