IHR PROFIL
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK / HLW, HBLA) oder sind während Ihres Studiums auf der Suche nach einem abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Job.
- Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich persönliche Assistenz sammeln.
- Sie sind sehr gut organisiert, arbeiten strukturiert und gewissenhaft.
- Sie sind IT-affin, arbeiten sich schnell in neue Systeme und Prozesse ein.
- Sie bringen eine gute Portion Teamgeist mit und arbeiten eigenständig.
- Der Bereich des Marketings macht Ihnen Spaß und Begriffe wie SEO, SEA, Social Media und Homepage Betreuung sind Ihnen bekannt.
- Ebenso sind Sie in den Bereichen Immobilienentwick¬lung und Hausverwaltung interessiert und freuen sich auf jede Herausforderung.
- Die deutsche Sprache beherrschen Sie einwandfrei.

Your personal sphere of influence:
- Independent development, coordination, and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns covering all aspects of ViCAS, involving numerous stakeholders.
- Translate complex research into engaging content for blogs, press releases, and social media, using state-of-the-art communication practices. Creation and delivery of multimedia content for internal and external communication channels.
- Content planning and channel management, including the further development of communication channels, incl. managing and regularly updating the content of the Centre’s website.
- Collaborate closely with the ViCAS fellows to understand their scientific work and ensure its accurate representation.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant (digital and legacy) media, coordinating interviews and managing media requests.
- Event management: Integration of ViCAS events in the communication strategy of the Centre and support of the Academic Coordinator with the organisation and execution of program events, workshops, and meetings.
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication measures and monitor media trends and public discourse in relevant scientific areas, using insights to refine strategies and enhance impact.

Tasks:
- Creation and curation of print and digital materials such as flyers, website content, and social media posts
- Assistance with the development and implementation of an IWEC newsletter for members of the international community at TU Wien
- Promote IWEC at university-wide events
- Liaise regularly with representatives of the HTU, Fachschaften, departments, and other central units at TU Wien to increase the visibility and impact of the department
