Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit in der Verwaltung des Verrechnungs- und Bestellwesens auf Institutsebene
- Unterstützung der Projektleitungen bei der Abwicklung wissenschaftlicher Projekte
- Reisemanagement sowie Abwicklung von Reiseabrechnungen
- Ansprechpartner_in für Projektabrechnungen und evtl. externe Finanzprüfungen (Audits) zum Thema Reisen
- Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Geldgebern, Projektpartner_innen und externen Prüfer_innen
- Betreuung der Webpräsenz des Instituts (in Typo 3) sowie Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Verbesserung von Präsentationsmaterial
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Veranstaltungen des Instituts (Workshops und Konferenzen)
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten sowie Verwaltungstätigkeiten (in deutscher und englischer Sprache)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Organisation und Administration von (internationalen und nationalen) Forschungsprojekten sowie Kommunikation mit in- und ausländischen Fördergebern (Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache)
- Unterstützung bei der finanzielle Verwaltung von Forschungsprojekten im In- und Ausland
- Unterstützung der wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen (Konferenzen, Kongressen und Workshops) inkl. Einladung sowie Betreuung/Bewirtung von Gästen und proaktive Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich (Verlängerungen, Aktualisierungen, u.v.m. nach internen Vorgaben)
- Terminkoordination und Reisemanagement
- Unterstützung bei Bestellungs- und Rechnungsabwicklung (SAP)
- Betreuung von Datenbanken und Versendung von wissenschaftlichen Vortragsreihen
- Allgemeine administrative, organisatorische und sekretariatstypische Aufgaben wie auch Internetrecherche und Materialbestellungen
- Unterstützung wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter_innen in allen administrativen Belangen (insbesondere englischsprachig) sowie Unterstützung bei Koordination und Administration im Studienbereich sowie in Lehre und Forschung
