Your Tasks
- To work on a monograph, or a series of academic articles, on the reception, translation, and manuscript transmission of Desert Fathers literature (Apophthegmata Patrum) in medieval (Copto-Arabic) Egypt
- To contribute to the project database of Armenian, Syriac, and Arabic manuscripts containing ascetic/monastic collections, with a focus on Copto-Arabic manuscripts
- To actively participate in RevIdEM’s research activities: conferences, workshops, research communication, manuscript research trips
- Collaboration and exchange with other colleagues in the Department of Byzantine Research and the Institute for Medieval Research.

Tasks:
- Drive the continuous development and iteration of the program based on evaluation results, participant feedback, and emerging trends
- Translate academic and strategic direction into concrete program formats, content, and learning experiences
- Identify gaps and emerging topics in innovation, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship, and integrate them into the program
- Design, implement, and manage student-focused programs and new learning formats
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end student experience across all programme elements
- Act as the central point of contact for students, lecturers, and alumni within the program
- Serve as the i²c representative for all student-related programs and formats within the department
- Design and deliver teaching formats (courses, workshops, bootcamps) and contribute selected modules
- Mentor and coach students individually and in teams, supporting their development from ideation to implementation
- Support student projects in both startup and corporate innovation contexts
- Initiate, organize, and lead intrapreneurship-focused activities, including corporate innovation cases and excursions to partner organizations
- Foster an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial mindset among participants
- Build and maintain a strong network of mentors, alumni, entrepreneurs, and industry partners
- Develop and nurture an active student and alumni community
- Plan, lead, and moderate key program events and recurring event formats (e.g. Demo Day, graduation, workshops, community events)
- Ensure smooth program operations and day-to-day coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Create and manage program-related content and communication activities, including website, newsletters, and social media
