Ihre Aufgaben:
- Neukundenakquisition und strategische Beratung von Herstellern im Bereich E-Commerce mit dem Ziel, deren Produkte auf den relevantesten Onlineshops und Marktplätzen beziehbar zu machen
- Nachhaltige, individuelle Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kundinnen und Kunden, Sicherstellung langfristiger Kundenzufriedenheit und kontinuierlicher Umsatzsteigerung
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des ECaaS Angebots gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei gemeinsamen Auftritten wie Messen und Events
- Teilnahme an relevanten Veranstaltungen zum Netzwerken in der Branche und Akquirieren von Neukunden

Your Responsibilities
- Development, prototyping and further development of AI services and AI-supported applications for scientific institutes and the central administration of the ÖAW
- Analysis of functional requirements and translation into conceptual and technical solution approaches
- Evaluation, testing and selection of suitable AI technologies, tools and platforms, taking into account data protection, IT security and Responsible AI principles
- Support for project management in planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder management, as well as in tenders and collaboration with external partners
- Communication with internal users, collection and structuring of requirements and feedback, as well as participation in strategic AI initiatives, particularly in the context of AI Factory Austria

Research strategy and development
- Strategic development and implementation of the faculty’s research strategy
- Further development of clinical, translational, interdisciplinary and biomedical research priorities
- Alignment of the research strategy with national and European funding priorities, including FWF, FFG, Horizon Europe and ERC programmes
- Strengthening the faculty’s competitiveness in third-party funded research
- Promotion of open science, FAIR data principles, digital health, artificial intelligence and computational methods in biomedical research
