- Entwicklung der Social Media Strategie und Jahresplanung auf Basis der Marken- und Zielgruppenziele
- Verantwortung für alle organischen und bezahlten Social Media Aktivitäten der Marken der DoN Group
- Planung und Konzeption von Social Media Kampagnen auf Meta, LinkedIn und TikTok
- Steuerung und Planung von Performance-Kampagnen (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn und TikTok)
- Planung und Begleitung von Content-Produktionen
- Laufendes Monitoring, Analyse und Optimierung aller Aktivitäten
- Verhandlung und Abwicklung von Influencer-Kooperationen
- Steuerung externer Stakeholder sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Brand Management, Grafik, Operations)
- Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung sowie kontinuierliches Trendscouting
- Identifikation und Einsatz von KI im Social Media Management
- Mitarbeit an diversen digitalen Projekten der gesamten DoN Group

Your workplace:
- You will teach courses independently for an average of 8 SWS per semester. The willingness to increase the employment relationship if required is desired.
- You will teach the (interdisciplinary) basics of political science and academic work in political science; will hold courses focusing on international politics and/or political economy; and you will supervise students in the context of Bachelor's and Master's degree seminars.
- You will take on administrative tasks, especially in the administration of teaching.
- We expect you to keep abreast of the latest scientific developments and to participate in further didactic training, the exchange of experience between teachers and quality assurance measures.
