Ihre Aufgaben:
- Einbringung bei der Planung und Veröffentlichung von ansprechenden und kreativen Inhalten auf Social-Media-Kanälen
- Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Fotos sowie bei der Produktion und dem Schnitt von Videos mit entsprechender Software (z.B.: Adobe Suite)
- Unterstützung bei der Mitentwicklung, dem Monitoring und der Pflege vom Content-Kalender in Absprache mit anderen internen Abteilungen (z.B. PR)
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Erstellung, Gestaltung und Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Webseiten der Fakultät und Institute in Typo3
- Eigenständige redaktionelle Erstellung und Gestaltung sowie Ausbau und Pflege der verschiedenen Social Media Kanäle (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) insbesondere Aufbereitung wissenschaftlicher und organisatorischer Inhalte für eine zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation (z.B. Forschungsprojekte, Ausschreibungen)
- Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung aller für die Content-Produktion auf den Social Media Kanälen erforderlichen Arbeitsabläufe mit internen und externen Partnern
- Mitorganisation und Teilnahme sowie Vor-Ort-Betreuung an wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen und deren Dokumentation in Webauftritten und Social Media Kanälen z.B.: TUForMath – Forum Mathematik, Vienna School of Mathematics, fem*MA (Veranstaltungen werden in der Regel langfristig bis zu einem Jahr im Voraus geplant.)
- Pflege von TU-Datenbanken (z.B. Eintragung von Publikationen und Vorträgen; Einschulung erfolgt im Rahmen des Onboardings)

The Position:
- To coordinate and optimize ERP, fundraising, accounting and related systems as super-user, including data integration across donor, payment and expert systems
- To oversee end-to-end donor and sponsor processes (onboarding, mid- and back-office) and to manage the digital payment architecture for donations
- To serve as key operational contact for sponsors and donors, ensuring accurate records, high service standards and long-term relationship support
- To administer and further develop the University of Vienna’s foundations in cooperation with legal advisors, auditors, accountants, banks and supervisory authorities
- To support grantmaking applications and processes from an operational perspective, including follow-up on related requirements
- To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal governance standards and data protection requirements (GDPR/DSGVO)
- To contribute to special projects, meet agreed deadlines and targets, and provide operational support within the team as required
