What you will enjoy doing
- Gather and analyze market requirements for plastic beverage closures
- Define product scope and create detailed product specifications
- Develop innovative closure designs in close collaboration with our product design team
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise sampling during the pilot phase
- Initiate, monitor, and evaluate internal laboratory tests
- Conduct and support line tests at customer sites
- Lead cross-functional development projects from concept to industrialization
- Act as key technical contact for customers and suppliers throughout the development process

About this position:

- Teaching of courses as defined by the collective agreement
- Supervision of trainees and students
- Meeting and consulting with your supervisor(s) on a regular basis in order to prioritize your tasks and get the necessary support to complete your dissertation successfully in time.
- Actively seeking support (workshops, training, coaching etc.) if necessary
- We expect you to make significant progress on your doctoral thesis through related milestones during the time of the short-term contract.
