- Du bist für die monatliche Auflistung von internationalen und nationalen Medienauftritte des Almanac Palais Vienna verantwortlich
- Gemeinsamen mit dem PR & Marketing Manager planst und koordinierst du PR-Reisen, Presse Veranstaltungen, Medienbesuche, Fotoshootings und Filmaufnahmen
- Du unterstützt den PR & Marketing Manager bei Kampagnen und Events
- Du bist für die Verwaltung von Presseanfragen verantwortlich
- Das Korrekturlesen von Marketingtexten in Englisch und Deutsch fällt ebenfalls in dein Aufgabengebiet
- Du bist für die Recherche, das Zusammenstellen von Inhalten und das Erstellen von PR-Geschichten für den Newsletter verantwortlich und in weiterer Folge für das Hochladen von Inhalten in GMS
- Erstellung eines Social-Media-Kalenders für die diversen Plattformen .
- Verwaltung der administrativen Aufgaben der Abteilung
- Du bist für sämtliche administrative Tätigkeiten in der Abteilung verantwortlich (z.B.: Erstellung von Bürobestellungen, Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Pflege des gemeinsamen Laufwerks)

Your personal scope:
- Active involvement in research, teaching and administration
- Scientific coordination and further development of the adademic program of the Vienna Centre for Migration & Law (VCML)
- Participation in the development and acquisition of third-party funded projects in the fields of migration law and human rights
- Independent research and publications (optional: possibility of habilitation)
- Design and organization of academic events and publications
- Coordination of the VCML visiting fellow program
- Course design and independent teaching to the extent stipulated by the collective agreement (in migration law and general public law)

Your personal sphere of play:
- You have completed your law degree and doctorate with outstanding results;
- You have a particular interest in issues of democracy and human rights, ideally already demonstrated by your previous (research) activities;
- You are highly intrinsically motivated to contribute to current challenges in the field of democracy and human rights;
- You have a very good dogmatic and doctrinal approach to legal questions and you strictly distinguish between scientific analysis on the one hand and political evaluation on the other;
- You are interested in a career in research administration and would like to contribute to the development and organisation of an interdisciplinary research initiative;
- You already have experience in planning, organising and moderating events (e.g. workshops, panel discussions, conferences);
- You present your research results at international conferences;
- You publish your research results in international journals;
- You teach independently in accordance with the provisions of the university's collective agreement;
- You are cooperative, team-oriented, reliable and responsible;
- You have very good written and oral communication skills in German and English.
