- Leitung österreichweiter IT-Projekte (von der Projektinitiierung bis zum Go-live)
- Zeit-, Ressourcen-, Budget- und Kostenmanagement der Projekte und Projektkommunikation
- Proaktives Projektcontrolling und Risikomanagement
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Modellierung von IT-Prozessen
- Analyse und kritische Betrachtung der IST-Prozesse
- Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
