- Manage and maintain IT Service Catalog for the Region CEE
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to all regional locations, ensuring services meet performance, quality, and operational standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests, incidents, and escalations across the region
- Collaborate with the Regional Management to develop and maintain regional IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Define and improve processes and rules to ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations
- Continuously evaluate and improve IT services through user feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing service reviews
- Support the Regional IT Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT service operations, including incident reports, service performance, and process workflows

- Kundenbetreuung in allen Facetten inkl. Erfassung von Kundenaufträge
- Auftragsannahme, Auftragsabwicklung, Abstimmung von Produktionsterminen
- Fakturierung (Reklamationskosten, Proforma-Fakturen, Exporte) und damit Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge/Mahnwesen
- Erstellen von Offerten und Angeboten
- Administrative Tätigkeiten inkl Terminkoordination und Schriftverkehr/Korrespondenz in Deutsch/Englisch
