- Als Vertriebsprofi für Partnerunternehmen bist du maßgeblich für die Akquise und Entwicklung von neuen Partnerunternehmen verantwortlich.
- Konkreter? Gern: Du bist in einem dir zugewiesenem Vertriebsgebiet im Einsatz (Großraum Wien, Burgenland und Niederösterreich), um nah an unseren Handelspartnern sein zu können.
- Überdies unterstützt du beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Solution Partner:innen und legst somit den Grundstein für solide, langfristige und umsatzstarke Partnerschaften.
- Du bist mittendrin und kümmerst dich um die gesamten Performance-Themen wie bspw. die Vereinbarungen und Implementierung von Zielen sowie passenden Monetarisierungskonzepten für deine Partnerunternehmen.
- Hieraus nimmst du Marktanalysen vor, gestaltest Ableitungen von Maßnahmen und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung.

- Leading, developing, and mentoring the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices
- Acting as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions through financial insights and recommendations
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for management and Corporate Office
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Managing and optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Taking ownership of financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and driving continuous improvements
- Monitoring and analysing operational KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance financial performance
- Collaborating closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations to support overall business success
- Acting as a key contact for audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

Your Responsibilities
- Development, prototyping and further development of AI services and AI-supported applications for scientific institutes and the central administration of the ÖAW
- Analysis of functional requirements and translation into conceptual and technical solution approaches
- Evaluation, testing and selection of suitable AI technologies, tools and platforms, taking into account data protection, IT security and Responsible AI principles
- Support for project management in planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder management, as well as in tenders and collaboration with external partners
- Communication with internal users, collection and structuring of requirements and feedback, as well as participation in strategic AI initiatives, particularly in the context of AI Factory Austria

- Supervise an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure it operates in line with the performance standards set by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Organize and prepare the designated section as efficiently as possible to enhance workflow, increase speed, and maximize productivity.
- Ensure all dishes and components from the assigned section are prepared consistently and in accordance with established product specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all kitchen sections to support smooth overall operations.
- Ensure that all refrigerators and freezers within the kitchen are kept clean, tidy, and well organized at all times.
- Monitor and maintain proper stock rotation procedures to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
