Team Lead (m/f/x) Open-Source development | Full-time | Vienna



Your Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a new team for delivering integrations
  • Collaborating and assisting your colleagues structured in international development teams
  • Mentoring and guiding of the team members will be a key task
  • The team will develop and extend the Ecosystem by adding integrations for third-party tools
  • Evaluate CI/CD tool landscape and increase the potential use cases for our customers
  • Contribute to shaping the open-source contribution process including testing, CI/CD, and maintenance

Your profile

  • Technical education related or similar to Software engineer
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language (Go, Java, C, C++, C#)
  • Used to work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD for cloud-native applications and developing software using Git and GitHub
  • Fluent english, speaking and writing

According to the collective agreement based on the Austria law, the minimum annual gross salary will be around EUR 70,000. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
