Your Tasks

Ihre Aufgaben:
● Strategischer Finanzpartner: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für das Country Management und trägst die volle Verantwortung für GuV und Bilanz
● Analysen, die den Unterschied machen: Du bewertest und steuerst den Geschäftserfolg der nationalen Organisation und analysierst die lokale Performance
● Erfolgsorientierte Steuerung: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du sicher, dass unsere finanziellen Ziele erreicht werden – inklusive GuV, Working Capital und Investitionen
● KPI-Fokus: Du definierst lokale Prioritäten im Reporting und in der Analyse, ergänzt die zentralen Group-Reports und schaffst so eine solide Entscheidungsbasis
● Schnittstellenmanagement: Du baust Brücken zwischen lokalen Anforderungen und zentralen Funktionen und sorgst dafür, dass alles nahtlos ineinandergreift
● Compliance im Blick: Du garantierst die Einhaltung lokaler Steuer- und Rechnungslegungsstandards in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Group-Teams
