- Sie beraten fachbereichsübergreifend in Projekten und Prozessen und integrieren Technologien in den Bereichen Finance, Logistik, Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb
- Sie entwerfen und entwickeln Target Operating Models mit SAP für unsere Fachbereiche am Standort Gumpoldskirchen
- Sie gestalten strategisch die SAP-Roadmap der NOVOMATIC Gruppe mit
- Sie teilen Ihr Wissen mit dem Team und übernehmen die fachliche Begleitung unserer Nachwuchstalente

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Wir bieten Ihnen eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt von 3.157,47,-- Euro brutto pro Monat bei Vollzeitanstellung.

- Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Organisations- und IT-Projekten
- Einführung von cplace als neuem Projektmanagement-Tool für die RMMV als Projektleiter
- Key-User (m/w/d) für cplace, JIRA und SharePoint nach entsprechender Trainingsphase
- Verbesserung und Standardisierung der Vorgehensweise im Projektmanagement
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung interner Prozesse auf Basis von Lessons Learned

YOUR TASKS

You develop and implement high-quality online slot games using C# within our internal framework, writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code -
You act as a mentor, providing day-to-day technical guidance for the development team, motivating and supporting engineers, and fostering a positive and resilient team environment, especially when priorities or requirements evolve -
You analyse, refine and document technical and functional requirements, collaborating closely with Game Design, Technical Artists, QA and international development partners -
You coordinate technical implementations, monitor and contribute to development progress, identify technical risks, drive continuous improvements, and support the onboarding and mentoring of software engineers -
You act as the primary technical contact for our external development partner (Greentube) and ensure effective technical coordination across all stakeholders
