- Die SPAR Azure Cloud Platform gemeinsam mit unserem Cloud Team zu gestalten – mittels Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD Toolchain
- Unsere Cloud Strategie aktiv mitzugestalten und umzusetzen – über Team- und Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg durch Know-How Transfer
- Den Lifecycle der Cloud Infrastruktur weiterzuentwickeln, zu dokumentieren, zu betreiben und zu deployen
- Unsere internen MS Azure DevOps Pipelines verantwortungsvoll weiterzuentwickeln und den Community Support zu übernehmen
- Unser internes IT Personal bei der Umsetzung von Cloud Lösungen durch Beratung und Schulungen zu unterstützen
- APIs zu definieren und zu implementieren mittels Azure API Management

Tasks:
- Analyze and optimize architecture and performance of an existing data warehouse system
- Improve ETL processes, including incremental and source-specific update strategies
- Introduce and evaluate optimized data models and indexing approaches to accelerate query execution
- Enhance system monitoring, fault tolerance, and recovery mechanisms to improve operational resilience
- Collaborate with technical and academic partners to align developments with production workflows
- Publish results and contribute to dissemination within relevant technical communities
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks of the research division and the faculty
