Die Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten die Pflege der Personalstammdaten und betreuen die interne HR-Software
- Sie verwalten personalrelevante Dokumente, wie Arbeitsverträge und -zeugnisse
- Sie koordinieren das On- und Offboarding und achten auf einen professionellen Ablauf
- Sie stehen unseren Mitarbeiter:innen bei personalbezogenen Themen beratend zur Seite
- Sie unterstützen Führungskräfte mit fundierter Beratung in HR-Angelegenheiten
- Sie tragen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und -Projekte bei

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Organisation des operationellen Studiengangbetriebs
- Unterstützung der Studiengangsleitung
- Abwicklung von Aufnahmeverfahren
- Digitale Administration der Studierenden über die gesamte Studienzeit (Inskription bis Studienabschluss)
- Beratung und Betreuung der Studierenden im Studiengang
- Betreuung der Hochschul-Lektor*innen in Bezug auf Studiengangsangelegenheiten
- Organisation von kommissionellen Prüfungen, Bachelor- und Masterprüfungen
- Vorbereitung von Meetings und Protokollführung
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen
