Einleitung
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben in der Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbetreuung

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Selbstständige und termingerechte Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (verschiedene Kollektivverträge)
- Abrechnung von Überstunden, variablen Zulagen und Abwesenheiten, Sonderzahlungen etc.
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen in steuerlichen, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung der Stammdaten in der Personalverrechnung, Zeit- und Abrechnungssystemen, Abwesenheitsverwaltung, Exekutionen
- An- und Abmeldungen von Dienstnehmer:innen sowie laufende Änderungen inkl. Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dienstverträgen
- Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Sozialversicherung, Finanzamt und Behörden sowie die Abwicklung der monatlichen Abgaben
- Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten (Rückstellung für den Steuerberater, Jahreslohnzettel)

- You have an MSc degree in chemistry preferably in organic or inorganic chemistry, especially the synthesis and characterisation of metal complexes.
- Experience in the field of NMR-spectroscopy, analytical HPLC(-MS) as well as preparative HPLC is required.
- Basic experience in research methods and academic writing.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in academic teaching is desirable.
