Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantworten Sie die laufende Buchhaltung der von uns betreuten Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien – von der Erstellung der Hauseigentümer:innen- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen bis hin zur Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Bereiten Sie Auswertungen, Berichte und Reportings für unsere Kund:innen professionell auf.
- Unterstützen Sie als dienstleistungsorientierte Schnittstelle sowohl interne Kolleg:innen als auch externe Partner:innen (Steuerberatung, Mieter:innen und Eigentümer:innen) in sämtlichen kaufmännischen und buchhalterischen Fragen.
- Kümmern Sie sich um die Umsatzsteuererklärungen und bereiten Sie alle relevanten Unterlagen für die Einkommenssteuer-Beilage sorgfältig und fristgerecht vor.
