Ihr persönlicher Wirkungsraum:
- Entwicklung und Implementierung eines innovativen Lehrplans einschließlich Berufsberatung für junge Forscherinnen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Scientific Training, der Leitung der Schule, den Studierendenvertreterinnen und der Fakultät am VBC-Campus.
- Management des Rekrutierungsprozesses und Onboarding von Doktorand*innen.
- Überwachung der Qualität der PhD-Ausbildung.
- Mentoring und Beratung von PhD-Studierenden während ihrer gesamten Promotion.
- Initiierung und Unterstützung von Aktivitäten der Doktorand*innen wie Veranstaltungen, Retreats und Symposien.
- Unterstützung der Bemühungen zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit des Programms durch Werbung und Outreach auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene.
- Budgetverantwortung und Finanzmanagement der Aktivitäten der Doctoral School.
