Your Tasks
- Finalize your dissertation agreement within the first 12 months.

- Actively participate in ISA’s academic environment, including team meetings and workshops.

- Uncertainty in fertility intentions during early adulthood (ages 15–35): prevalence, determinants, and consequences
- Individual dynamics of fertility intentions over the life course, including the role of mental health, future uncertainty, and psychological well-being

Ihr persönlicher Wirkungsraum:
- Management und Controlling zentraler Ressourcen (Budgetadministration von der Planung bis zum Controlling)
- Konzeption und Organisation der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Stipenden, Preisen und Fördergelder
- Sie übernehmen die Beratung von Doktoratsstudierenden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem StudienServiceCenter und dem zentralen Doktorand*innenzentrum und die Beratung von Betreuer*innen in Bezug auf die Aktivitäten der Doctoral School
- Sie konzipieren und organisieren Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen (u.a. Retreats), Workshops mit internationalen Gastvortragenden, Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Team-Betreuung, Mentoring-Initiativen und Veranstaltungen für Dissertant*innen
- Sie begeistern sich für Kommunikations- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (u.a Bewerbung der Doctoral School, Contenterstellung und Betreuung der Webpage) sowie Koordination der Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung in Abstimmung mit der Fakultätsleitung und der Leitung der Doctoral School
- Sie unterstützen die Leitung der Doctoral School beim Aufbau von internationalen Netzwerken, Koordination der SubSchools und der Gremien der Doctoral School
