- Sie übernehmen die Architektur-Verantwortung für unser digitales Produktportfolio von Computation- & Storage bis hin zu Communications. Die verwendeten Komponenten reichen von klassischer On-Prem-Applikationen von Drittherstellern, Netzwerk-Komponenten bis zu Cloud-Services.
- Sie analysieren unsere Produkt-Architektur über Applikationen, Daten und Komponenten hinweg und entwickeln gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeiter:innen der technischen Teams eine Zielarchitektur.
- Sie arbeiten führend an der Weiterentwicklung Architektur-Prinzipien und IT-Standards der Stabsstelle Digitalisierung & IT mit.
- Sie arbeiten in Architektur- und IT-Security-Team mit.
- Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeiter:innen bei der architektur-konformen Entscheidungsfindung.

The Position:
- To coordinate and optimize ERP, fundraising, accounting and related systems as super-user, including data integration across donor, payment and expert systems
- To oversee end-to-end donor and sponsor processes (onboarding, mid- and back-office) and to manage the digital payment architecture for donations
- To serve as key operational contact for sponsors and donors, ensuring accurate records, high service standards and long-term relationship support
- To administer and further develop the University of Vienna’s foundations in cooperation with legal advisors, auditors, accountants, banks and supervisory authorities
- To support grantmaking applications and processes from an operational perspective, including follow-up on related requirements
- To ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal governance standards and data protection requirements (GDPR/DSGVO)
- To contribute to special projects, meet agreed deadlines and targets, and provide operational support within the team as required
