- Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Ihre Dissertation abzuschließen und einzureichen.
- Sie treffen sich regelmäßig mit Ihren Betreuer*innen, um Ihre Aufgaben zu priorisieren und die notwendige Unterstützung zu erhalten, um Ihre Dissertation erfolgreich und rechtzeitig abzuschließen.
- Sie nehmen an den Aktivitäten und Workshops Ihres Instituts und der Doctoral School teil.
- Sie nehmen an Konferenzen teil und veröffentlichen Forschungsergebnisse in peer-reviewed Zeitschriften.
- Sie suchen aktiv Unterstützung (Workshops, Schulungen, Coaching usw.), wenn diese erforderlich ist.

Your personal sphere of influence:
- Your main task is to complete and to submit your dissertation.
- You meet and consult with your supervisor(s) on a regular basis in order to priorities your tasks and get the necessary support to complete your dissertation successfully in time.
- You participate in your department's and the Doctoral School activities and workshops.
- You participate in conferences and publish research results in peer-reviewed journals.
- You actively seek support (workshops, training, coaching etc.) if necessary.
