- Praktische Ausführung von Elektromontagen auf Baustellen im EVU-, Industrie- und Infrastrukturbereich (vorwiegend Österreich und Deutschland)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns
- Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation und Planung von Infrastruktur-Projekten (z.B. Umspannwerke, Schaltanlagen, Stromversorgungslösungen für Bahn etc.)
- Projektleitung inkl. Terminverfolgung und Qualitätskontrolle
- Durchführung und Organisation von Projekt- und Baubesprechungen bzw. Angebotsbesichtigungen
- Organisation bzw. Erstellung der Detailplanung in AutoCAD für Grundrisse, Schnittzeichnungen und Aufbaupläne sowie Terminpläne
- Organisation, Überwachung bzw. Mitarbeit beim Engineering von Stromlauf- und Klemmenplänen in einem der gängigen Programme wie RUPLAN, ELCAD, EPLAN P8, Engineering Base (EB)
- Dimensionierung und Auswahl von elektrotechnischen Komponenten inkl. Organisation der Materialwirtschaft
- Organisation und Überwachung der Fertigungs-, Montage- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten

- Mitarbeit bei Planung und Projektierung von Anlagen in der Leit- und Fernwirktechnik für die Energieversorgung
- Detailabstimmung der technischen Vorgaben mit unseren Kunden
- Parametrierung eigener Geräte und Systeme der SPRECON-E-Serie
- Unterstützung bei Werksabnahmen sowie Inbetriebnahmen bei unseren (inter-)nationalen Kunden vor Ort

Your personal sphere of play:
- Operation and management: Contribute to overseeing the daily operations of the NMR core facility and the coordination with the shared hyperstructure with the other NMR centers at the University of Vienna, with responsibility for personnel, scheduling, and budget management.
- User and research support: Maintain and develop relations with internal and external users, provide scientific guidance and foster collaborations.
- Instrumentation management: Maintain, develop, and troubleshoot high-end NMR spectrometers (400–700 MHz, solution- and solid-state NMR, EPR, DNP, Prodigy and He-Cryo units), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Method development: Develop hardware solutions for specialized NMR applications incl. (micro-)control units, sample handling systems, tailored console updates. Develop and optimize pulse programs and parameter sets for chemical, biochemical, and materials applications; support the implementation of full automation workflows.
- Infrastructure maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot the associated IT infrastructure (Linux and Windows systems), as well as gas and cryogenic systems (He recovery, gas and liquid gas supply for the NMR Centre and the Faculty of Chemistry).
- Teaching and training in NMR spectroscopy: Holding indenpent courses within the scope of the Austrian bargain agreement. Contribute to teaching activities within the Faculty of Chemistry, with a focus on applying NMR spectroscopy and supervision of teaching events at the bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels.
- Facility management: Manage budgets, monitor facility usage, and maintain the web-based facility management software to ensure transparent and efficient operation.
- Scientific development: Stay abreast of advances in magnetic resonance and implement best practices to support the Faculty’s and Institute’s evolving research needs.
- Administrative engagement: Contribute to administrative tasks related to research, teaching, and institutional development within the Faculty’s NMR Core Facility.
- The position focuses on supporting and developing research infrastructure rather than establishing an independent research line.

- Implementation of data management plans and FAIR data principles
- Development and maintenance of standardized data structures for raw MS data, metadata, processed datasets, and result files
- Design and implementation of Data Management Plans (DMPs) for research projects and MSC operations, ensuring alignment with institutional, national, and international funding requirements
- Collection, curation, and standardization of experimental metadata, including sample information, preparation protocols, instrument parameters, quality control metrics, and analytical workflows
- Preservation, annotation, documentation, and versioning of raw and processed datasets
- Streamlining and harmonizing data workflows across diverse omics platforms and associated domains
- Participation in interdisciplinary research projects, collaborative initiatives, and research infrastructure
- Contribution to grant proposals related to data infrastructure and open science
- Preparation of SOPs, documentation, guidelines, and training materials for data handling
- Teaching and training in research data management, FAIR principles, and reproducible computational workflows
- Supervision and support of students and researchers in data-related topics
- Participation in evaluation measures, quality assurance processes, and departmental administration
- Development and maintenance of quantitative databases and repository-ready datasets for small-molecule omics, including preparation and submission to public or institutional repositories
- Coordination of data archiving strategies, backup solutions, access control, and data security measures in collaboration with IT services and data protection offices
