Ihr persönlicher Wirkungsraum:
- Ableitung von hochschuldidaktischen Maßnahmen auf Grundlage bestehender Analysen (STEOP-Analysen, Bachelorbefragung etc.).
- Entwicklung eines passgenauen hochschuldidaktischen Qualifizierungsangebots für Lehrende der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase (Umgang mit Heterogenität, Erwartungsmanagement, Bindungsförderung) sowie Weiterentwicklung und Bündelung didaktischer Methoden für digitale und präsente Lehrsettings in direkter Abstimmung mit Funktionsträger*innen und Lehrenden einzelner Studienrichtungen.
- Förderung von Austausch guter Praxis unter Lehrenden der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase (STEOP).
- Eigenständige Gestaltung universitätsweiter Veranstaltungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase (STEOP).
- Zentrale Schnittstellenarbeit: laufende Abstimmung mit relevanten Bereichen, insbesondere Studienstart Plus, STEOP-Mentoring sowie Aufnahmeverfahren (Ermittlung der Vorkenntnisse der Studienwerber*innen, um diese in der Lehre der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase (STEOP) passgenauer zu berücksichtigen).
- Begleitende Prüfung bestehender Modelle der Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase (STEOP) und ggf. Vorschläge für curriculare bzw. organisatorische Anpassungen für Funktionsträger*innen (Vizedekan*innen mit Geschäftsbereich Lehre, Studienprogrammleitungen).
- Mitwirkung in weiteren Arbeitsbereichen der hochschuldidaktischen Qualifizierung.
