Deine Aufgaben
- Project Implementation & Management: Lead and execute a portfolio of social innovation projects from initiation to completion across Europe. Ensure deliverables are high-quality, on time, and within scope.
- The 4-Stage Innovation Lifecycle: Systematically apply ignato’s core adoption methodology: conducting in-depth needs assessments, scouting for innovative solutions, providing active implementation support, and planning for scaling.
- Program Design: Contribute to the design, setup, and management of social impact incubators, accelerators, or co-creation programs that empower social innovators and scale impactful solutions across the European network.
- Stakeholder & Network Coordination: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder and multicultural project settings. Act as the primary bridge between social entrepreneurs, corporate and philanthropic partners, and large NGO service providers (such as Caritas).
- MEL & Impact Tracking: Implement Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, and continuously improve our transfer methodology.
- Presentation, Moderation & Knowledge Sharing: Host workshops and present in front of diverse stakeholders, fostering knowledge exchange across the network.

YOUR TASKS

You develop and implement high-quality online slot games using C# within our internal framework, writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code -
You act as a mentor, providing day-to-day technical guidance for the development team, motivating and supporting engineers, and fostering a positive and resilient team environment, especially when priorities or requirements evolve -
You analyse, refine and document technical and functional requirements, collaborating closely with Game Design, Technical Artists, QA and international development partners -
You coordinate technical implementations, monitor and contribute to development progress, identify technical risks, drive continuous improvements, and support the onboarding and mentoring of software engineers -
You act as the primary technical contact for our external development partner (Greentube) and ensure effective technical coordination across all stakeholders

Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Direktmailings – von der Zielgruppenselektion über Inhalt und Gestaltung bis hin zur Erfolgsauswertung. Konzeption und Umsetzung erfolgen teilweise inhouse und teilweise durch die Fundraisingagentur.
- Du steuerst externe Dienstleister:innen (u.a. Fundraisingagentur und Druckerei).
- Du betreust unsere Spendendatenbank (BPA Datenbank) und kümmerst dich um Datenpflege, Segmentierung, Auswertungen sowie die Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und -aktualität.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen des Fundraisingteams unterstützt du bei der Akquise als auch bei der Betreuung von Groß- und Unternehmensspender:innen.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Spender:innen-Beziehungen (z. B. Dankkommunikation).
- Du entwickelst neue Ansätze und Formate zur Gewinnung und Bindung von Unterstützer:innen und Spender:innen (Lead-Generierung) und erschließt neue Zielgruppen.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Marketing und Fundraising Team erarbeitest du online Fundraisingmaßnahmen (Social Media, Website, Newsletter, Kampagnen).
