- You will manage end‑to‑end customer interactions in selected global markets, serving as the primary contact
- You will think “out of the box” on how to generate value and drive sales, both directly, or through our global & regional partners
- You will be achieving sales budget / quota and strategic account targets and develop accurate forecasts in fast‑moving market environments
- You will build, maintain, and evaluate partner relationships with distributors and agents, ensuring effective execution of pertinent agreements
- You will create and update relevant market overviews, staying informed on legal, regulatory, and marketing developments
- You will oversee the full sales process, from gathering customer requirements and product configuration to collaboration with sales engineering and technical teams
- You will work within the Direct Sales team on projects such as offers, process improvements or marketing activities providing your first hand customer knowledge and market experience

Tasks:
- Operate, manage, and further develop venture development support, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Support Deeptech researchers and founder teams throughout the entire innovation journey - from ideation to acceleration, fundraising, and scale up
- Organise, facilitate and ensure the quality of programs needed
- Provide high-quality coaching and advisory support on business developement, go-to-market strategies, and investor readiness
- Monitor project progress and ensure milstone achievment
- Develop and implement an engagement strategy for the broader innovation community (corporates, advisors, domain experts)
- Product and technology development support to PoC
- Build and manage relationships with corporate innovation teams
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of founders, sciencepreneurs, industry partners, investors, funding agencies, and academic institutions
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Manage allocated budgets, resources, and reporting to the Head of Department or Division
- Organise events to foster collaboration, technology partnerships, and business developement opportunities
- Continuously improve programme content and processes by applying best practices, benchmarks, and market insights
- Represent the i²c at professional events, community initiatives, and within relevant networks
- Contribute to the design of new programmes, events, and workshop formats
- Design and execute inbound and outbound marketing activities, and develop BD materials
- Provide first-line advice for individuals interested in entrepreneurship and specialised guidance regarding TU Wien's services
