Sie sind für die Themengestaltung und das Contentmanagement der Alumni Aktivitäten, in Abstimmung mit der Head of Alumni Relations und der Themenplanung der Universität Wien, verantwortlich. In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie die Kommunikation für Absolvent*innen und Studierende und ermöglichen somit eine intensive Bindung dieser Zielgruppen.

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Content- und Social-Media-Strategien
- Konzeption, Produktion und Bearbeitung von Content (Text, Bild und Video) primär für Social Media, Newsletter, Blog und weitere Kommunikationskanäle
- Planung, Produktion und Schnitt von Videos (Reels, Kurzvideos, Event-Content, Behind-the-Scenes)
- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Redaktionsplanung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle inklusive Community Management in Abstimmung mit unserer Social Media Agentur
- Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie laufende Optimierung der Content- und Kampagnenperformance
- Beobachtung von Trends, Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Content-Formate
- Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenkommunikation über alle Kanäle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Agenturen

- Has a proven track record of securing substantial third-party funding from public and/or private sources;
- Demonstrates outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire and grow a dynamic research team;
- Is deeply connected within the international scientific landscape and committed to advancing collaborative science.

Research strategy and development
- Strategic development and implementation of the faculty’s research strategy
- Further development of clinical, translational, interdisciplinary and biomedical research priorities
- Alignment of the research strategy with national and European funding priorities, including FWF, FFG, Horizon Europe and ERC programmes
- Strengthening the faculty’s competitiveness in third-party funded research
- Promotion of open science, FAIR data principles, digital health, artificial intelligence and computational methods in biomedical research

Postdoc (f/m/x) - Working on AI Applications for Rare Event Searches with Cryogenic Detectors
- PhD in Particle Physics, Astroparticle Physics, or a closely related field.
- Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
- Experience with cryogenic detectors or low-temperature experimental systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and advanced data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of scientific publications.
