Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des alma Mentoring-Programms der Universität Wien.
- Community Management: Begleitung und Support von Mentees (Studierende und Jungabsolvent*innen) sowie Mentor*innen über die gesamte Programmlaufzeit hinweg, sowie Kommunikation mit Interessent*innen.
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen in digitaler und analoger Form (z.B. Info-Events, Netzwerk-Veranstaltungen), inklusive der Entwicklung neuer Event-Formate (z. B. exklusive Event-Formate für Mentor*innen).
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterführung von Kooperationen, insbesondere innerhalb der Universität Wien.
- Vorantreiben digitaler Projekte, insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung der alma Mentoring-Plattform, die Einführung neuer technischer Systeme sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Entwickler*innen.
- Bewerbung und Positionierung des alma Mentoring-Programms an der Universität Wien zur Steigerung der Programmbekanntheit.
- Administrative Tätigkeiten sowie laufende Pflege, Aktualisierung und inhaltliche Gestaltung der alma Mentoring-Plattform

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordination, Organisation und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung des Mentoring-Programms für Studienbeginner_innen an der TU Wien
- Verantwortung für Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Informations- und Onboarding-Veranstaltungen sowie Community Building Maßnahmen
- Konzeptionelle Entwicklung, Organisation und Betreuung von Unterstützungsangeboten und -formaten entlang des Student Life Cycles
- Koordination und Verwaltung des Budgets für das Mentoring-Programm für Studienbeginner_innen
- Kommunikation und inhaltliche Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Organisationseinheiten im zentralen Bereich
- Evaluierung des Mentoringprogramms und weiterer Maßnahmen im Bereich Student Orientation
- Erstellung von Informationsmaterialien für interne und externe Zielgruppen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten und Kooperationen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten des Student Supports
- Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der strategischen Planung und Konzeptentwicklung

- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von multimedialen Inhalten und Formaten mit Fokus auf Storytelling für verschiedene Channels (insbes. Social Media (Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, LinkedIn etc.)
- Organisation und Koordination des Community Monitoring sowie aktueller Themen und Trends
- Kommunikationscontrolling, Systematische Analyse und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen
- Fachliche und personelle Teamleitung der Corporate Channels inklusive Budgetverantwortung
