Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwickle und integriere robuste Services und Datenbankkomponenten für unsere CRM-Landschaft – mit zentraler, systemübergreifender Stammdatenhaltung
- Entwickle Algorithmen zur Analyse und Transformation von CRM-Daten mit Fokus aus
- Entwickle Stakeholder-Reports in enger Abstimmung mit der Fachabteilung
- Übernimm Feature- und Modulverantwortung: von domänenspezifischen Services und Workflows über Business Rules bis hin zu Architektur-Kohärenz, Code Reviews und technischer Dokumentation
- Baue exzellente Datenmodelle auf und etabliere MDM-Best-Practices: Identity Resolution (Match & Merge), Golden Records, referentielle Integrität und Schema-Evolution
- Gestalte performante, interoperable Schnittstellen – inklusive sauberer Fehler-/Transaktionsbehandlung und reibungsloser Integration in bestehende Systeme
- Sorge für Spitzenleistung im Betrieb: Transaktionen/Isolation, Migrationen, Index- & Query-Optimierung sowie Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing) und fundierte Incident-Analysen
- Hebe die Qualität systematisch: Unit-, property-based- und Integrationstests sind Teil deines täglichen Workflows
- Baue Security & Privacy by Design konsequent ein: RBAC/Zugriff, Auditing, Datenminimierung, Pseudonymisierung/Anonymisierung und sichere Konfigurationen
- Kontrolliere die Einhaltung von Vorgaben der IT-Abteilung bzgl. Datenschutz, Entwicklungsprozessen, Dokumentation und Security
