Your personal sphere of influence:
The Institute for Systematic Theology is a sub-unit of the Faculty of Protestant Theology. The vacant position as university assistant (praedoc) serves to strengthen our teaching and research portfolio. We are looking for Protestant theologians with a special interest in working on research questions in Systematic Theology.
The employment relationship is limited to the duration of an employee's absence until March 28, 2025, as this is a maternity leave replacement.
Your future tasks:
You will play an active role in the research, teaching and administration of the Institute, i.e:
• You will be involved in research projects and publications in Systematic Theology.
• You will work on your dissertation in Systematic Theology.
• You will participate in doctoral seminars at the Institute.
• You will teach independent courses in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement.
This is part of your personality:
- Completed Master's degree in Protestant Theology or a corresponding teaching degree (the degree
certificate must be available by the date of employment at the latest); - A keen interest in religious education, a willingness to attend and organize national and international;
conferences and to work in a team, and good IT user skills; - A strong interest in interdisciplinary exchange with neighboring discipline;
- You have a research interest in Systematic Theology.
