POSTDOC (W/M/X) full time / 40 hours per week

to be filled from August 1, 2025 for a limited period of thirteen months. Part-time employment possible upon agreement.
Your Tasks
- Preparation and submission of an independent project proposal in a highly competitive national or international funding program in the field of modern art history of the Habsburg Monarchy, preferably using digital or computational methods
- Independent research activities and publications
- Engaged participation in the activities of the institute and the research unit
Your Profile
- University degree (PhD) in the fields of modern art history or digital humanities
- Excellent knowledge of English is required, other language skills are an advantage
- Experience in acquiring third-party funding is an advantage
- Several years of relevant professional experience are an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of and experiences in digital and computational humanities are an advantage
