As one of the largest research institutions in Europe, the University of Vienna offers an exceptionally broad range of disciplines and thus provides an outstanding infrastructure for transdisciplinary research in the humanities. We are offering a six-year, fixed-term postdoctoral position in the field of Yiddish Studies. You will propose your own research project on a topic within Yiddish studies. The position is based at the Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies at the University of Vienna under the direction of Univ.-Prof. Kriszta Eszter Szendrői, B.A., PhD.
