Your Tasks
- Participation in and coordination of international comparative legal projects (research focus: Austrian and European Private Law, Tort Law, Comparative Law)
- Independent research
- English and/or German publications and research presentations
- Submission of applications for projects with the EU, FWF or other funding agencies
Your Profile
- Completed master’s degree in law (preferably Austrian or German law), with above-average success
- Very good knowledge of civil law and adjacent areas of law
- Interest in a dissertation project in the area of comparative tort law
- Excellent knowledge of both German and English (oral and written); further languages desirable
- Experience abroad and/or ability to work in an international environment
- High level of commitment and motivation for scientific work
- Team player, organisational skills
