OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

Our business

Your tasks

• Support Social Media Manager to plan and align SoMe campaigns internally and with agencies (e.g. Facebook, GOOGLE or influencer campaigns).
• Support the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Carry out (Market) Research for Retail AT team.
• Draft or adapt website content (texting) for Retail AT website.
• Draft and distribute Newsletters in via Newsletter tool.
• Manage website content for Retail AT pages via IT platform.
• Take care of non-complex translations from German to English or vice versa.
• Organize and plan Meetings.
• Prepare (monthly) PowerPoint presentations for Team based on input.
• Support alignment and implementation processes of localization of International projects.
• Support preparations of participation to industry events.
   

What we are looking for

• You are currently an enrolled student (preferably Marketing or Business Administration).
• You are very confident working with MS Office tools.
• You are very well organized and a multi-tasker with a hands-on mentality.
• You have great teamwork and communication skills.
• You have extensive comprehension skills.
• You have a strong interest into Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• You have advanced German and English skills.
