Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.
You will get an insight in
- You will learn about fuel card business by supporting senior colleagues – mainly Account Managers – to perform their responsibilities regarding the customers,
- You will learn about our processes and different tools by supporting operative and administrative tasks,
- You will help with registering customer details in CRM, dealing with the contracts and other documents,
- You will support the signing process (electronic and manual),
- You will be responsible for dealing with the post,
- You will help with organization of customer events, and other every day office tasks.
What we are looking for
- You are currently enrolled student, preferably doing Economic/Management studies.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You have basic experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- You are fast learner regarding other tools (e.g. CRM).
- You are communicative and have no problems supporting customers through e-mail and phone.
- You are detailed person and can work independently.
