- Supervise an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure it operates in line with the performance standards set by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Organize and prepare the designated section as efficiently as possible to enhance workflow, increase speed, and maximize productivity.
- Ensure all dishes and components from the assigned section are prepared consistently and in accordance with established product specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all kitchen sections to support smooth overall operations.
- Ensure that all refrigerators and freezers within the kitchen are kept clean, tidy, and well organized at all times.
- Monitor and maintain proper stock rotation procedures to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.

- Leading, developing, and mentoring the Accounting team across the cluster, including apprentices
- Acting as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, supporting business decisions through financial insights and recommendations
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for management and Corporate Office
- Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Managing and optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Taking ownership of financial systems, including the procurement platform Coupa, and driving continuous improvements
- Monitoring and analysing operational KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance financial performance
- Collaborating closely with key departments such as Human Resources, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Reservations to support overall business success
- Acting as a key contact for audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

Aufgaben
- Implementierung, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung von konzernweiten Informationssicherheitsstrategien, Richtlinien und Verfahren unter Berücksichtigung technischer, regulatorischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen
- Laufende Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie kontinuierliche Anpassung des ISMS an technische Entwicklungen und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen
- Konzernweites Informationssicherheits- und Cyber-Risikomanagement (Methodik, Bewertung, Maßnahmen-Tracking, Reporting)
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des BCM-Frameworks inkl. Koordination regelmäßiger Notfallübungen und Lessons Learned
- Mitgestalten von Lieferanten- und Dienstleisterverträgen in Bezug auf SLA-Vorgaben, Sicherheitsanforderungen und Auditrechte sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Überprüfungen
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Awareness‑ und Schulungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Informationssicherheit

Durchführung und Steuerung von Informationssicherheits-Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung -
Beratung der Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche in allen Fragen der Informationssicherheit und Cybersecurity -
Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Standards, Prozessen und Governance-Strukturen -
Koordination des Umgangs mit Informationssicherheitsvorfällen sowie Unterstützung bei Notfall-, Krisen- und Business Continuity Management Prozessen -
Steuerung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2, DSGVO, GTelG) -
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines unternehmensweiten Informationssicherheits- und Awareness-Programms -
Erstellung eines regelmäßigen Reportings, von Risikoanalysen und daraus abgeleiteten Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung
