- Sie stellen die Stabilität und Performance unserer SAP-Landschaft sicher
- Sie bauen moderne Lösungen mit ABAP OO, SAPUI5 und Fiori auf und integrieren SAP BTP sowie Cloud-Services
- Sie erstellen maßgeschneiderte Reports und Formulare (z. B. Adobe Forms) sowie Workflow-Lösungen
- Sie teilen Ihr Wissen mit dem Team und übernehmen die fachliche Begleitung unserer technischen Nachwuchstalente

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Du bist Sparringpartner für alle Fachbereiche im Store Support Center (Zentrale) in allen HR Themen (exkl. Payroll/HR-Admin).
- Du steuerst den Recruitingprozess in der Zentrale & ausgewählte Führungsrollen im Retail.
- Du verantwortest Onboarding, Entwicklungsthemen und HR-Initiativen.
- Du arbeitest dabei eng mit den lokalen Experten im Recruiting & Employer Branding sowie People Development zusammen.
- Du unterstützt und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich lokale wie internationale Projekte und arbeitest dabei auch in Abstimmung mit der Konzernzentrale zusammen.
- Du gestaltest moderne HR-Themen wie u.a. Kultur, Führung, Gesundheit & ESG mit.

Your professional field of activity:
- You are involved in projects and scientific studies in the research areas of the 'EvoMorRG'.
- We expect you to finalize your dissertation agreement within 12-18 months.
- You work on your cumulative dissertation and its completion within three years.
- You are assisting in laboratory organization and maintenance, especially of our aquarium infrastructure, where we keep various cartilaginous and bony fishes.
- You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
- You take on administrative tasks in research and teaching.
- You are willing to engage in international and (depending on the project) interdisciplinary or applied research.
- You are willing to attend national and international conferences to present your research results, and workshops to gain additional scoial and professional skills.
