Vorbeugende Instandhaltung an pharmazeutischen Anlagen, sowie CIP-Anlagen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen -
Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an elektrotechnischen bzw. regeltechnischen Komponenten oder auch mechanischen Defekten. -
Tausch und Reparatur mechanischer Komponenten -
Kalibrierung von Messmittel und Alarmüberprüfungen -
Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen (PLS) und Siemenssteuerung S7/S5 -
Sicherer Umgang mit Chemikalien (z.B. Säure-/ Laugenkonzentrate,…) -
GMP-gerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation entsprechend den Vorschriften -
Administrative Tätigkeiten und Auftragsmanagement (JDE, RAM, Excel)

What you will enjoy doing
- Support in technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
- Assist planning technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Support creation and modification of CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, HVAC, machinery, and upstream/downstream equipment
- Contribute to offer management, supplier/contractor selection and project execution following ALPLA's project management guidelines
- Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts

Your personal sphere of influence:
- Education as a Laboratory Technician or a degree in Environmental Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining instrumentation for environmental analysis.
- Proven experience in sample preparation, data acquisition, and data analysis.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to contribute to troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with the research team.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English, German language skills are a plus, but not required.

Your working place:
- Completed doctoral/PhD studies in medicine, biology, pharmacy or related fields.
- Strong hands-on expertise in quantitative mass spectrometry (DDA and DIA) and respective data analysis using R and/or Python. Candidates having experience in pain research, (meta)proteomics or preclinical disease models will be given preference.
- Fluent in English (in speech and writing)
